As a trained chef by the prestigious Oberoi Hotels, and an alumni of XLRI Jamshedpur, I have developed a solid foundation as a Senior HR Professional across industries; focusing not only on core people practices but also impacting real business elements. My expertise spans across MNCs and marque investors funded startups across Retail, E-Commerce, FMCG, and the hospitality sector. However the core passion has always been food. In addition to my professional accomplishments, I am also a proud mother of two  young independent girls and two very adorable dogs. For me cooking food is not just a skill, but an expression of love. My passion for food and building a profitable business out of it is as dear to me as my babies.
